Position Responsibilities:
Participate in feature maturation by identifying and vetting test cases
Create, execute and maintain test cases
Maintain/extend the automation framework
Lead manual testing, as required
Document defects, support triage and test defect fixes
Support the planning of test cycles
Mentor, coach and educate team members on QA best practices
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. Englewood, CO. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.
This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience with Quality Automation Tools (ex. Selenium, Cucumber, LoadRunner)
5+ years of experience with software development in Agile methodology
5+ years of experience working in a fast paced environment with strict deadlines
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience using Jenkins, GIT and XCODE
Framework development from the ground up
Test Driven Development
Automation framework using keyword framework and POM
ALM experience
Salesforce or other CRM experience.
Aviation software knowledge is a plus.
Agile/SAFe certified
Strong verbal and written communication skills – ability to summarize or dive deep as required.
Typical Education & Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor’s) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master’s) and typically 7 or more years’ related work experience, or 13 years related work experience.
