Senior SEO Manager

Promenade Group is a leader in creating premium online experiences for marketplaces and businesses. As the parent company of BloomNation, we focus on providing exceptional services to florists and small businesses. We're seeking a Senior SEO Manager to drive both B2C and B2B SEO strategies, manage analytics, and support technical initiatives, with a strong focus on local SEO.

What you'll do

• B2C SEO for Premium Sites and BloomNation Marketplace: Coordinate with engineering teams to implement technical SEO updates. Guide the development of SEO-optimized websites. Assist with catalog merchandising to improve visibility and performance.


• B2B SEO for Sales: Execute technical and editorial SEO strategies. Create compelling blog content to attract and convert leads.


• Local SEO: Develop and implement local SEO strategies to boost visibility for small businesses. Optimize Google Business Profiles and ensure accurate local listings. Collaborate with CS and Implementation teams to educate SMBs on best practices for local SEO.


• Analytics and Tracking: Manage Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to monitor SEO and Traffic performance. Collaborate with engineering to add and track events effectively.


• Marketing Tool Development: Assist in creating marketing tools within the dashboard for SMBs, enhancing their local SEO capabilities.


• Training and Audits: Conduct SEO audits for SMBs to ensure compliance and optimization. Train CS, Implementation, and Sales teams on SEO techniques, local SEO strategies, and Promenade’s value proposition.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SEO experience, including local SEO.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, content SEO, and local SEO strategies specifically in B2B and B2C environment.
• Knowledge of off-page SEO strategies such as link building.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Knowledge of marketplace SEO and catalog merchandising is a plus.
