Description
CTS Community Development, Inc. [CTSCD, Inc.] is a mental and behavioral health service provider across multiple states addressing the needs of underserved populations, their natural support systems, and the communities where they live. We work together to instill hope and provide integrated care through a variety of services.
Currently, our program initiatives are based in Gaston and surrounding counties in North Carolina and include Outpatient Mental and Behavioral Health Treatment for youth and adults; Safe Steps Initiative providing services to individuals who have experienced human trafficking; Community Outreach and Education which focuses on promoting awareness to human trafficking, destigmatizing mental health, and eliminating barriers to quality services for all people. We also provide training to foster parents around unique needs of youth who have experienced human trafficking.
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Maintain caseload of 20-25 billable events weekly.
- Enter billable events into EHR system; track clinicians billing accordingly.
- Responsible for overseeing the delivery of quality and culturally responsive clinical services to all consumers.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided to consumers and implement improvements as needed.
- Monitor and audit clinical records and other documentation to make sure they are current and adhere to state and federal laws/regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless consumer care and efficient operations.
- Manage the budget for clinical operations and ensure resources are allocated appropriately.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies, healthcare providers, and community organizations.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our organization remains at the forefront of healthcare delivery.
Requirements
- North Carolina Licensed Clinician (LMHC, LCSW, LCPC, LMFT)
- Maintain state licensure throughout employment.
- Must have a minimum of 5-years uninterrupted clinical licensure.
- Minimum master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field.
- Demonstrates sound clinical knowledge of the service provision.
- Qualified Mental Professional status required.
- Two years’ experience in trauma informed, person/survivor centered approach.
- Two years’ experience in individual, family, group, experiential therapies, psychosocial therapy, assessments, and screenings.
- EMDR certification a plus.
- Three – five years’ experience in clinical staff supervision with expertise transforming clinical staff into a highly functional team.
- Residential treatment care experience.
- Experience working with historically marginalized individuals.
- Contract with or eligible to contract with local and surrounding MCO/LME
- Experience working with Medicaid-eligible populations.
- Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and Medicaid billing practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 products, SharePoint, and virtual meeting platforms (Teams/Zoom)
- Experience across multiple languages and cultures, particularly with refugees or immigrant populations with diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.
