Automotive Accounting Clerk / Sales Admin (Automotive Experience Required)

Honda Village is looking for an experienced Automotive Accounting Clerk to join their amazing team.

Job Type: Full Time

Pay: $25-28/Hour

Responsibilities

• Processing / posting / auditing deals

• Accounts payable / receivable duties

• Submit extended warranty contracts and payment to vendors each month

• Assist in posting all bank funding and inform finance director of any funding delays

• Audit balances to ensure accuracy in submission of customer paperwork

• Assist office manager with end of month procedures

• Assist in CVR Processing

• Process check requests received after verifying managers signature

• Post all service internal repair orders

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience processing deals in new car dealership

• Computer proficient: Comfortable with MS Office and Google Workspace software

• Strong attention to detail

• Excellent communication and people skills

• Ability to work independently

• Positive attitude & team player

• Professional demeanor and work ethic

• Accounts payable / receivable experience preferred

• CVR experience preferred
