Senior Developer / Technical Lead

Job Description

The Technical Lead/ Senior Developer will be establishing project specifications and technical direction

• Responsible in creating a framework of technical standards and procedures
• Overseeing software quality and system modifications
• Guiding team members with troubleshooting technical issues
• Analyzing existing operations to identify risks and redundancies
• Conducting comprehensive assessments to develop solutions
• Setting the technical direction of the project and clearing the way of any programming hurdles that may arise

Qualifications

• Degree in IT/Engineering related field with at least 10 years of demonstrated experience in software development. • Ideally familiar with Agile/SCRUM practices  • Technical Background in . Net, C#, Java. • Experience in Cloud implementation and Data Migration
