About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Trial Counsel with a strong background in defending sexual torts and misconduct claims. This role is ideal for a seasoned trial attorney who thrives in high-stakes, sensitive litigation matters and is ready to lead defense teams, develop case strategies, and deliver exceptional courtroom advocacy.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle complex, high-profile sexual torts defense cases from inception through trial.
• Serve as lead trial counsel, representing institutions, businesses, and professionals in litigation involving allegations of misconduct.
• Develop and execute strategic defense approaches to mitigate risk and prevent Nuclear Verdicts®.
• Provide counsel to clients on risk management, compliance, and litigation strategy.
• Mentor and collaborate with litigation teams, ensuring excellence in trial preparation and execution.

Who You Are

10+ years of trial experience, with a focus on sexual torts, misconduct defense, or high-exposure civil litigation.
Proven track record of success in defending sensitive and complex cases.
Exceptional case management and trial advocacy skills in high-pressure environments.
Discretion and strategic thinking, with the ability to navigate challenging litigation matters.
Passion for mentorship and developing the next generation of trial attorneys.

• Develop a case theme that is more compelling than any plaintiff ploy for sympathy or anger
• Refuse to accept mediocrity, the average, the standard or the norm in anything
• Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs and trials
• Work as part of a team with all levels of experiences
• Routine communications with clients
• Cultivate relationships with the firm’s existing and future clients
• Provide leadership and direction with respect to less experienced attorneys
