Senior Firmware Verification Engineer

As a member of our NVLink development team, you will be responsible for verification of critical firmware for our next-generation GPU's which enables high-performance interconnect of multi-GPU systems. Familiarity with high-performance system oriented networking protocols and architectures is a bonus.

What you'll be doing:

• Develop and Execute firmware verification test plan.

• Collaborate with architecture, hardware and firmware teams on activities related to firmware verification. 

• Log bugs, track coverage metrics and perform gap analysis.

• Participate in pre-si as well as post-si system bringup and debug activities.

• Work on developing test automation tools and infrastructure to improve our regressions and verification process

What we need to see: 

• BS or MS (or equivalent experience) degree in EE/CS or related field

• 5+ years of minimum experience in a software verification role

• Hardware Verification knowledge is a bonus

• Experience with Python/Perl/C/C++

• Familiarity with computer system architecture, microprocessors, and microcontroller fundamentals (caches, buses, DMA, etc).

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with on-site and remote teams

• Excellent debugging and analytical skills

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Experience with RTOS/RISCV programming/debugging

• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision

The base salary range is 124,000 USD - 195,500 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
