Clinical Ambulatory Pharmacist | Albany and St. Joseph Family Medicine Clinics

Join the Clinical Ambulatory Pharmacy (MTM) team in making rural life healthier! This position will be split between Albany and St. Joseph Family Medicine clinics where you will help establish a new MTM practice. Seeking individuals with MTM experience. Enjoy working to the top of your license as part of a multidisciplinary team. The Clinical Ambulatory Pharmacist will conduct comprehensive medication management services for CentraCare clinic, will adhere to Ambulatory Pharmacist Scope of Practice standards while ensuring that pharmacy laws and other regulatory requirements are met, and will precept and provide mentorship for the ambulatory pharmacy resident(s) and student(s). 

Schedule

• Part-time | 56 hours per two weeks | Onsite
• Days | Monday-Friday | 8am-5pm
• No weekends or holiday!

Pay and Benefits

• Starting pay begins at $121,008.26 per year and increases with experience
• Salary range:  $121,008.26 - $181,875.72 per year
  • Salary range is based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

Qualifications

• PharmD degree and/or BS Pharm degree required.
• 1 years PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency preferred.
• Current licensure by the Minnesota State Board of Pharmacy or eligibility for licensure required. 
• Eligible for Pharmacy Specialty Board Certification preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification 90 Days Required
• Previous ambulatory pharmacy (MTM) experience, preferred.
