Job Description

We plan, build and implement a wide variety of highly automated systems for our customers in the body-in-white/body shop as well as for other production areas. For this purpose, a wide variety of machines and systems must be developed and procured. For this purpose, we are looking for reinforcement in our team with the following tasks:

• Development and evaluation of innovative and economic concepts, processes, and manufacturing methods
• Preparation of specifications for the procurement and modification of machines and equipment
• Selection and evaluation of suitable equipment and tool suppliers, including qualification testing 
• Detailed planning and implementation of manufacturing equipment up to final acceptance by the customer
• Execution of schedule and manufacturing status checks (design, manufacturing and assembly, etc.)
• Monitoring of planning processes, identification of bottlenecks and implementation of corrective measures

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of technical vocational training and specialized training as a technician / master craftsman with several years of professional experience or at least 4 years of university education in engineering (e.g. mechanical engineering, design).
• Several years of experience in production planning or in a comparable position
• Good knowledge of current data processing systems and processes as well as layout S/W applications and CAD
• Willingness to travel on business
• Ability to coordinate activities
• Problem-solving skills, teamwork, creativity, independent working style and good communication skills
• Excellent command of German and English
