Position Overview:

Delta Galil is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner with deep expertise recruiting across Product Design, Product Development, Merchandising, Planning and Technical Design within the retail and apparel industry.

This role is ideal for a Talent Acquisition Partner who deeply understands the creative, technical, and product functions that bring apparel to market—from initial design through development and production—and who partners closely with senior leaders as a trusted talent advisor. You will lead full-cycle recruitment while influencing hiring strategies across both branded and private-label organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for design, production, merchandising, product development and planning roles, from intake and strategy through offer and close
  • Partner closely with Design, Product, and Planning leadership to deeply understand team structure, seasonal calendars, technical requirements, and long-term talent needs
  • Build and maintain robust pipelines of passive talent across creative, technical, and product disciplines
  • Deliver a high-touch, white-glove candidate experience, particularly for senior and highly sought-after creative talent
  • Act as a strategic Talent Acquisition advisor, providing regular updates, talent calibration, and guidance to hiring managers and HR Business Partners
  • Leverage market intelligence, industry knowledge, and data to provide hiring recommendations, compensation insights, and competitive analysis
  • Drive continuous improvement in recruiting processes, tools, and workflows in a fast-paced, matrixed environment

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on Design, Production, Product Development, Merchandising, Planning or Technical Design
  • Proven experience recruiting within apparel, fashion, retail, or consumer products environments; agency experience strongly preferred
  • Deep understanding of creative and product roles, including how they intersect with sourcing, development, and commercialization
  • Strong command of recruiting metrics and a data-driven approach to optimizing hiring outcomes
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple requisitions in a fast-moving environment
  • Collaborative and influential partner who can engage effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Hybrid role (4 days in office)

HYBRID SCHEDULE: 4 days a week in the NJ office, 1 day work from home

PAY RATE: $110,000/yr-$165,000/yr
