THE JOB:

As a Changeover Technician at the Michelob Ultra Arena at Mandalay Bay, you will play a pivotal role in crafting unforgettable guest experiences by transforming event spaces with your attention to detail and exceptional service. Your friendly demeanor and proactive approach will ensure that each event is set up flawlessly, leaving a lasting impression on guests.

THE PAY RATE: $19.00 per hour

THE SCHEDULE:

• On-call

• There are no guaranteed shifts or set schedule

AN IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent educational experience

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Experience with operating forklifts, Zambonis, or similar machinery

• Familiarity with hand and basic power tools

• Previous experience in event setup, changeover, or conversion related fields

• Forklift operation and ability to obtain certification

• Ability to constantly stand, walk, bend, reach, kneel, squat and lift over 50lbs
