THE ROLEWe're looking for a Senior Fulfilment Specialist to join the Fulfilment Design team. You'll play a pivotal role in designing cutting-edge fulfilment services and locations, leading key projects, and driving continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, cost and service excellence.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead critical projects, focused on performance improvement/workflow redesign, business expansion, systems and new technologies implementation.
• Develop comprehensive business cases and measure the return on investment for your projects, closely monitoring project budgets and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high quality standards.
• Act as a catalyst for continuous improvement, proactively identifying operational challenges, root causes, and opportunities for optimization, and implementing effective solutions.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with internal clients from different seniority levels, team members, and stakeholders including external parties, ensuring the success of projects.
• Identify and manage risks that may impact the success of projects and the capacity to conform and adapt with shifting priorities, demands and timelines.
• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and insights that inform strategic decision making.
• Comprehend and map business requirements, allowing to identify and implement suitable solutions that address those specific needs.

WHO YOU ARE

• 5+ years experience in Operations, Supply Chain, E-commerce or similar.
• Degree/Masters education, preferably in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering, Business/Supply Chain/Operations Management or similar.
• You possess expertise in warehouse design, including greenfield projects and optimizing existing operations.
• Knowledgeable in Lean or related continuous improvement tools and techniques.
• You demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of various systems, such as platforms, API communication, ERP, and WMS. This expertise allows you to assess their impact on operational efficiency and proactively propose enhancements to drive continuous improvement.
• Experience in a 3PL environment is highly desirable.
• Possess a customer centric and service mind-set.
• Analytical, able to analyze data to collect valuable insights and drive decision making.
• You excel at delivering engaging presentations and facilitating workshops with cross-functional teams.
• You are self-motivated, capable of independently managing multiple medium to large-scale projects.
• Fluent in English.
• Available to travel up to 25% of your time, visiting client's facilities and Farfetch offices.
