The Role

BMS Cruiserath Biologics is seeking to recruit on a permanent contract Senior Specialist, Data Governance & Analytics.

Reporting to the Senior Manager-Asset Lifecycle SME, the Senior Specialist will act as the owner of site CMMS data accuracy and compliance as well as providing SME support on data analytics capabilities within Engineering.

This role will be responsible for oversight of non-GxP change controls for the site as well as providing guidance on this process to ensure compliance with site procedures.

This role will be responsible for execution of the Engineering compliance program for CMMS data and will work to monitor Engineering adherence to site and global procedures from an Asset Management perspective.

This role will work to promote the use of data analytics within the Engineering group, support the creation of KPI and analytics dashboards and standardize the use of data analytics tools.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Continuous improvement of CMMS data accuracy, standardisation, and completeness
• Ownership for CMMS Data compliance program
  • Audit of Work order accuracy and compliance
  • Investigation of compliance deviations and support CAPA completion.
  • Support site teams to drive improvement in compliance.
  • Standardisation of Compliance KPIs across Engineering groups.

• Non GxP change control governance.
  • Act as gatekeeper to ensure standards are followed and change control compliance.
  • Continuous improvement of non-GxP change control process & KPIs.

• Provide data related support for site projects

• Engineering Data Analytics lead, working with dept stakeholders to increase level of knowledge of Data Analytics
  • Develop and coordinate data analytics activities within Engineering group and support development of Data analytics dashboards.
  • Become SME on use of Spotfire & Tableau to allow for faster development of metrics dashboards.
  • Liaise with Site and global Digital Plant and data teams to ensure that Engineering Dept has access to the latest Data Analytics capabilities.
  • Develop interconnectivity between data sources, (Maximo, Data lake, PI, SEEQ, BIM etc.)

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills Required:

• Engineering/ Science Qualification with minimum 3 years’ experience
• Strong understanding of all aspects of data quality & compliance
• Technical experience & understanding of Maximo CMMS system.
