Experience: 

• 3-7 years of relevant experience working in Oracle cloud Manufacturing modules with at least 2 years of implementation experience in Oracle Cloud Manufacturing.
• Senior Oracle Manufacturing consulting experience (Process Manufacturing, Discrete Manufacturing) supporting Assemble to Order, Engineer to Order, Make to Stock and Project based techniques.
• Oracle EBS experience will be an added advantage
• Good exposure in Other Oracle Cloud SCM Modules like Inventory, Order management & GOP and Costing.
• Should have experience in data migration, deployment and cut-over activities
• Should have good hands-on experience in debugging/troubleshooting critical configuration issues
• Knowledge on other Oracle Supply Chain Products will be an added advantage.

 

Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Work Independently with the business to understand the requirements to design and develop end to end solution
• Connect with business stakeholders to understand the pain points, troubleshoot complex planning issues and propose effective solutions
• Work with multiple internal teams to understand and resolve Production issues
• Adapt new technologies in a quick time
• Focus on Automation and process improvement to bring the new ideas
• Requirements gathering and documentation using AIM / OUM or other prescribed methodologies
• Implementation of Oracle cloud Manufacturing module along with other SCM Modules
• Conduct CRP sessions, Participate in design reviews and discussions
• Map client requirements against Oracle Cloud SCM Modules
• Should be able to interpret functional requirements and able to deliver and design it from offshore
• Capable of handling Solution Design /Functional Fit-Gap /Training/Testing sessions
• Assist business users during CRPs/SITs/UATs
• Prepare quality deliverables
• Prepare test scripts and test cases and conduct training

• Must have knowledge of documenting using OUM or any other methodology
• Strong customer handling skills and ability to lead & mentor team-members
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to acquire, absorb, and apply complex business knowledge to problems quickly
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to follow well-defined release management processes
• Ability to multitask and still stay focused on release priorities
• Must have valid passport
• Client site work / Business Travel involved

 

Education:

• Professional / Management Degree
• Oracle Cloud Manufacturing Certification will be an added advantage
