Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, monitor access points, respond to alarms, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Using computer or tablet-based tools, you will support a welcoming environment while demonstrating our agile, reliable, innovative, caring, team-focused, and integrity-driven values.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a technology and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders as directed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of offices, common areas, parking areas, entrances, exterior grounds, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe site activity, reporting suspicious conditions, maintenance concerns, and policy violations according to established procedures.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications while maintaining a professional presence at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
