L.L.Bean is currently looking for temporary/full-time First Shift Embroidery Machine Operators to join their team in Lewiston, ME. This team embroiders company logos, names, and symbols on our merchandise.

What to expect in our warehouse because it's important to feel comfortable in this type of setting:

• Our warehouse is a busy, fast-paced environment with constant machine activity. If you thrive in a setting that keeps you moving and energized, you’ll feel right at home.

• We use an intercom system to stay connected and coordinated throughout the day.

• This is a physically active role in a space where some dust and industrial lighting (like fluorescent lights) are part of the job.

• This is not a solitary role. We’re looking for team players who enjoy interacting with others and contributing to a supportive, communicative workplace.

Embroidery Machine Operators

In this role, you'll be:

• The artist behind the machine: Operate a 6-head embroidery machine to create unique, customized products for our customers.

• A quality control whiz: You'll have a keen eye for detail, ensuring every stitch is perfect.

• A dedicated team player: You'll maintain speed and efficiency meet strict deadlines and deliver exceptional customer service with little supervision.

Available schedules:

1st shift: Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm.

Our whole Lewiston L.L.Bean for Business warehouse team works Saturdays in November and December.

Hourly requirements may fluctuate based on business need.

These temporary positions will be needed through our holiday peak possibly through February 2026, depending on business need.
