Come join the team that directly influences our customers' delivery experience! ezCater recently launched a delivery-focused public API, allowing our team to access diverse sources of delivery tracking for our customers. This role is critical for overseeing the public API rollout and ensuring successful integration and ongoing partnership management. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of technical, partnership, and analytical skills. SQL proficiency is a plus.

What You'll Do: 

• Collaborate with the Product Team to provide comprehensive and up-to-date API documentation accessible to new partners, including integration guides, best practices, and FAQs
• Work with our Partner Integrations team to ensure a successful implementation, providing insight and documentation
• Review partner usage and performance data, conducting feedback sessions with Delivery Management partners to discuss potential improvements or optimizations
• Lead and Drive Delivery Partner performance across channels. Understand and own how delivery partners interact with ezCater through different integrations, ensuring that all touchpoints are optimized for performance and efficiency
• Analyze the performance of various integration methods, identifying trends and areas for improvement to enhance partner experience and operational efficiency
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of delivery partner workflows and business processes to better support their integration with ezCater’s platform
• Work closely with the Partner Success and Catering Partner Operations teams to highlight the benefits of our public API delivery capabilities and how they positively impact these teams
• Collaborate with internal teams and delivery partners to ensure that Catering partners are fully leveraging API capabilities to maximize their operational efficiency and customer satisfaction

What You Have: 

• Experience: 4-5+ years in a technical partnership management role, with a focus on API integrations and support
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to simplify and interpret complex data sets, and make recommendations to various stakeholders. SQL experience is a plus
• 1-2+ years of Project Management experience with a demonstrated ability to independently manage and execute projects and collaborate effectively within a team
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, capable of conducting effective onboarding sessions and feedback meetings
• Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address partner-related account issues and provide actionable solutions
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to the evolving needs of the department and partners
• 1 year of team management experience is a plus

The national cash compensation range for this role is $85,000 - $120,000* per year.
