Mix and serve alcoholic beverages and/or non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and procedures.
Follows all operating procedures, safety and sanitation regulations and departmental policies and procedures.
Accurately handling various forms of cash transactions, decision-making, problem solving, complaint resolution, and customer service.
Ensures appearance of bar and lounge are maintained in a clean and functional manner.
Demonstrates an upbeat and outgoing demeanor while on duty.
Ensures compliance with all applicable regulations, laws, internal policies/procedures, and internal control protocols.
Promotes outstanding customer relations.
Performs other related duties as may be assigned.
Qualifications
 High school diploma or GED preferred. Technical school or formal apprenticeship may be required.
Requires knowledge and skills needed to safely prepare and serve alcoholic beverages in accordance with internal policies and external regulations and/or laws.
Requires the knowledge, skills, and abilities to work with personal computers, point of sale systems, liquor dispensing systems, cash, etc.
Must be knowledgeable in food and beverage sanitation, guest service, cash control policies, practices, and protocols.
Must be able to work effectively with peers, staff members, and regulatory agency personnel.
Strong written and oral communication skills required.
Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
