This is a high-visibility leadership role that sits at the intersection of science, strategy, and operations. You will lead multidisciplinary teams through the complexities of the drug development lifecycle—from preclinical proof-of-concept through clinical trials and regulatory filing.</p> <p>The ideal candidate possesses a rare blend of scientific expertise and leadership skills, required to align diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced biotech environment.</p> <h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead a matrixed team of experts across Discovery, Preclinical, Clinical, and CMC (Manufacturing), to drive project advancement.</li> <li>Strategic Planning: Develop and present options for the program for senior management, including timing, target profiles, and cost.&nbsp;</li> <li>Financial Oversight: Manage the program budget, including resource allocation, forecasting.</li> <li>Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of communication for executive leadership. Lead discussions within the team to interpret data and develop recommendations.&nbsp; Lead governance and technical discussions.&nbsp;</li> <li>Risk &amp; Mitigation: Proactively identify "deal-breakers" in the development path.
