The primary role of this position is to provide oversight over Providers over such activities as Quality Management, patient safety, patient experience, fostering a positive relationship with Providers and any other duties as assigned.

Salary:  

  • Salary $12,500

Responsibilities:

  • Providing medical supervisory services for APPs, as necessary for the treatment of patients to be assessed via chart reviews of said APP's, as directed by the Company.
  • Complete all paperwork necessary to all Employee to supervise/collaborative with the maximum number of APPs allowable under the Employee's physician license in the state in which Employee is licensed.
  • Promoting, to the extent permitted by applicable law and applicable canons of professional ethics, the professional practice of Company.
  • Cooperation and assistance in the implementation and maintenance of any indigent or charity care policies adopted by Company.
  • Participating in surveys for information deemed appropriate Company and in any quality improvement, quality assessment, chart reviews, utilization control and peer review or credentialing activities that Company requires or requests (including review of Employee's own professional conduct or competence). Company may establish and implement regulations, procedures, and protocols to assess and improve the utilization, provision and quality of health care services rendered through Company's physicians. Employee specifically agrees to be subject to, fully comply with and actively participate in Quality's quality improvement programs and peer reviews activities.

Minimum Education and Experience:

  • Board certification in Family Practice or Emergency Medicine
  • Licensed and have DEA in the state of practice
  • Able to work well in team environment
  • Strong “Crucial Conversation” skills
