Customer Service Specialist with German

 

 

 

Your responsibilities:

• Telephone contact with a German-speaking client (incoming calls)

• Monitoring payments, developing payment plans

• Timely clarification of inquiries and consideration of customer complaints

• Working hours: Monday - Friday (9:00 - 17:00 and 10:30 - 18:30)

 

Our expectations:

• You speak German at least at B2+ level

• You like talking to people and you feel good in teamwork

• You are a thorough person, committed to your work

• You are open to acquiring new knowledge and skills

• You have computer skills, including MS Office package

 

It would be nice if you have:

• Previous professional experience in the field of customer service

• Willingness to develop in the area of ​​customer service/BPO sector
