Director Business Transformation-US Based Remote

The Director Business Transformation is a high-level leadership role with in the Anywhere Leads organization. The role is responsible for overseeing and driving large-scale strategic initiatives across the organization, identifying areas for improvement, developing and implementing transformation plans, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful execution of change management strategies to achieve organizational goals.

This role is 100% remote.

Key responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Collaborating with senior leadership to define business transformation goals, develop strategic roadmaps, and prioritize key initiatives aligned with overall company strategy. 
• Transformation Program Management: Leading and managing complex transformation projects, including project planning, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and communication across multiple teams. 
• Change Management: Developing and executing change management plans to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies, including stakeholder engagement, training, and communication strategies. 
• Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities for operational efficiency through process analysis, lean methodologies, and data-driven insights. 
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Facilitating collaboration between different business units, functions, and teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of transformation initiatives. 
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Tracking progress OKRs, reporting on transformation outcomes, and identifying areas for further optimization. 
• Talent Development: Coaching and mentoring team members to build transformation capabilities within the organization. 

 

Required skills and qualifications:

• Proven ability to lead teams, motivate individuals, and build consensus across diverse stakeholders. 
• Deep understanding of business strategy, ability to analyze complex situations, and develop effective transformation plans. 
• Proven experience in designing and implementing successful change management strategies. 
• Proficiency in project management methodologies, including planning, execution, and monitoring. 
• Ability to gather and interpret data to identify opportunities for improvement and measure transformation impact. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences. 
• Understanding of industry trends, best practices, and relevant technologies within the company's sector.
