JOB SUMMARY:

As the HCM Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing all functional and technical aspects of the Oracle Fusion HCM ecosystem, ensuring smooth coordination between internal business teams, vendor partners (KPMG, Oracle, and CitiusTech), and technical resources within the HCM program. This role reports to the Technical Product Delivery Manager and acts as the primary point of contact for all HCM-related deliverables, ensuring alignment between HR, IT, and external implementation teams.

The HCM Lead will work closely with the Integration Lead and Data Engineer to align business requirements, ensure data integrity, and streamline integrations and reporting across the HCM landscape.

JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Serve as the primary functional–technical lead for the Oracle Fusion HCM platform, managing configurations, testing, and enhancement cycles.
  2. Partner with HR and cross-functional business teams to translate requirements into clear functional specifications.
  3. Coordinate closely with the Integration Lead on interface design, data mappings, and cross-system dependencies.
  4. Collaborate with the Data Engineer to ensure accurate, secure, and efficient data conversions and analytics reporting.
  5. Lead the functional validation and testing for new enhancements, integrations, and quarterly release updates.
  6. Review change requests, identify impacts, and manage end-to-end change control and regression testing.
  7. Work with KPMG, Oracle, and other partners to ensure timely delivery of configurations, fixes, and new features.
  8. Maintain overall visibility into the HCM landscape — modules, integrations, and data flow — to ensure system stability and performance.
  9. Manage documentation including BRDs, design documents, test scripts, and knowledge articles.
  10. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards (HIPAA, GDPR) across HCM data processes.
  11. Mentor junior team members and provide technical and functional guidance as needed.
  12. Support issue resolution, escalations, and production troubleshooting in partnership with IT and vendor teams.
