Coordinator, Public Relations (Global Timberland)

What will you do?

Support the Public Relations team and related agencies, including the following responsibilities:

• Manage product seeding for Energy Marketing, including influencers, VIPs
• Support press relations deliverables as directed   
• Oversee the seasonal footwear and apparel sample lines, including processing and tracking daily product orders, ship product, and process returns
• Assist with tracking, compiling, clipping/laying out and merchandising media coverage to internal business unit leaders and sales teams
• Support event preparation and other events, including preparation of press kits and gift bags, ordering product, etc.
• Maintain department archives of seasonal catalog deliveries and press materials, look books and press clips
• Open and tract purchase orders for the department; process and track invoices
• Provide administrative support for the department to include the coordination of travel, meeting logistics, department supplies, shipping, etc. 

What do you need to succeed?

We all have unique skills that we bring to work and celebrate every day.  For this role, there are foundational skills you’ll need to succeed and excel.  Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your two to three years of comparable experience and professional achievements. 

As a self-starter, the foundational skills you will need in this position are:

• Strong organizational skills
• The ability to multi-task is a must

Hiring Range:

$61,600.00 USD - $77,000.00 USD annually

Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
