The Role

The People Operations team at Modern Health is a critical function that delivers world class HR services and programs to all employees. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the delivery of People Operations processes and programs including but not limited to compensation & benefits, HR systems and technology, HR compliance, end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, and People data & analysis.

Reporting to the Head of People Operations, the Senior People Operations Analyst will be an experienced People Operations professional who brings a data-driven but human approach to building People Operations programs that continually ‘Raise the Bar’ and puts ‘People First’. You will also partner seamlessly across functional lines with our Recruiting, Legal, Finance, and IT teams to spot & solve issues and inform on build out of processes and policies that scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Build models and provide analytical support around compensation for new and existing compensation policies and programs
  • Conduct benchmarking evaluations; collect and analyze salary information to ensure ranges and programs are market competitive
  • Designs, communicates, and maintains job classifications, pay structures, compensation budgets, and guidelines
  • Prepares presentation of job analysis and compensation analysis information
  • Support change management efforts associated with people programs
  • Manage the employee benefits programs and perks, including leaves of absences
  • Work closely with Finance to ensure accurate and timely payroll across the organization
  • Explore innovative ways to make People data more accurate and more accessible
  • Assist with the submission of annual compliance reports and filings or audits as needed, such as EEO-1, CA Pay Data, SOC II, etc.
  • Provide support for inquiries sent from employees; and respond to questions and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to track key HR performance indicators and identify actionable insights to support People initiatives and OKRs
  • Assist with cyclical HR programs such as open enrollment, performance management, and annual compensation planning
