Arise Autism Center is Hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)!

Location: Sanford, FL
Schedule: Full-Time (30–40 hours/week)
Pay Rate: $20–$22/hour

Overview

Arise Autism Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing clinical team. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs for children (ages 0–6) with autism and other developmental disabilities. You will play a key role in helping clients reach meaningful developmental milestones.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA intervention programs designed by the supervising BCBA
• Collect accurate and objective data during each therapy session
• Support skill development in communication, social interaction, and daily living activities
• Assist with behavior reduction strategies for challenging behaviors
• Maintain clear communication with BCBAs and clinical staff
• Complete timely and accurate documentation in line with company policies and HIPAA guidelines

Requirements

• Active RBT certification (required)
• Active Florida Medicaid Provider ID (required)
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, kneel, and engage in physical activity for 6–8 hours/day
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred)
• Strong observational and data collection skills
• Excellent communication skills and professionalism
• Ability to remain patient and composed in high-energy environments
