Staigiaire de BTS en biotechnologie<p></p><p></p><p>The Trainee will be responsible to run through a predefined trainee program successfully. The goal is to enable both the trainee and the company to decide whether to go on with the employment after the trainee programm and to know which department would be the most suitable.</p><p></p><p><b>Main Responsibilities &amp; Tasks:</b></p><ul><li>Help to organize the trainee program in a structured way</li><li>Integrate into different departments and teams as fast as she can</li><li>Work on dedicated projects in a structured and goal oriented way; deliver on time</li><li>Build strong networks within the company to understand business and culture in detail</li><li>Collect any available information helping him / her to make a decision on whether to go on with the employment after the trainee programm</li><li>Make her-/himself visible to key people who are involved in people decisions</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Qualification &amp; Skills:</b></p><ul><li>BsC Degree in either economics or science</li><li>Willingness and ability to work in projects</li><li>Ability to integrate in multi cultural teams</li><li>Ability to handle various tasks in parallel</li><li>High level of motivation</li><li>Structured and analytical approach</li><li>Fluent in English and local language</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>About Sartorius </b></p><p></p><p>Sartorius is part of the solution in the fight against cancer, dementia, and many other diseases.
