• End-to-End Development – Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of both backend services and frontend interfaces, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
• Code Quality – Write efficient, maintainable code by adhering to established coding standards and participating in code reviews to ensure quality and continuous improvement.
• Problem Solving – Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across various layers of the application stack.
• Collaboration – Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners and designers, to ensure requirements are well understood and solutions are effectively implemented.
• Testing – Write automated tests to validate code, minimize bugs, and maintain system reliability.
• Agile Methodology – Engage in Agile ceremonies and contribute to iterative improvements throughout the software lifecycle.
• Continuous Learning – Stay informed about evolving technologies and integrate innovative solutions to improve team performance and project outcomes.

• Backend Development: Experience developing and optimizing GraphQL and RESTful APIs and backend systems using frameworks such as .NET or Node.js.
• Frontend Development: Familiarity with building user-friendly, responsive interfaces using modern frameworks such as React.js.
• Performance Optimization: Skilled in identifying and resolving bottlenecks in both backend and frontend systems.
• Security Awareness: Practical understanding of web security principles and experience implementing secure coding practices.
• Build & Deployment: Familiarity with build tools, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization to streamline delivery workflows.
• Testing Methodologies – Experience writing unit tests and implementing automated testing using tools like Jest, Cypress, or Selenium to ensure code quality.

• TypeScript – Proficiency in TypeScript, including building and maintaining scalable applications.
• Cloud Development – Experience designing cloud-native solutions and leveraging modern cloud frameworks (e.g., AWS or Azure)

• Communication – Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to thrive in a collaborative environment.
• Problem Solving – Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering effective solutions.
