Job Description

Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a Full Time, Entry Level/Hourly, Engineering Aide in Denver, Colorado.

In this role you will do the following:
○ Attend frequent team meetings to discuss technical and programmatic baselines
○ Support daily and weekly meetings that manage technical scope execution
○ Support proposal team in identification and documentation of baseline impacts
○ Maintain documentation on team activities as defined by contract documentation

The Successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of the following:
○ Ability to execute assignments requiring learning or developing planning and integration skills
○ Proficiency in project planning
○ Familiarity with handling of proprietary and sensitive material
○ Ability to develop data driven responses
○ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. This position will require a government security clearance.

Basic Qualifications

○ Associate degree in a STEM field or related work experience and/or technical training. Completed coursework towards a related degree may be considered.
○ Proficient with Microsoft Office
○ Strong presentation skills; must be able to present clearly and concisely on a frequent basis to management and customers
○ US Citizen; this position is located at a facility that requires special access
○ Ability to obtain a DoD Security clearance.

Desired skills

○ Associate's degree in a STEM-related field
○ Able to work independently, within a team and handle multiple priorities
○ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
○ Familiarity with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence
○ Proficient with Microsoft Project or similar planning tool

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
