Global Benefits & Payroll Manager

As we expand our product portfolio and global presence, our Finance department is hiring a Global Payroll & Benefits Manager you will be responsible for processing payroll for our hourly, salaried and temporary employees, performing pre-payroll reports and setting up payroll entities in new international locations. You will also work closely with our third party vendors and administer our employee benefit systems to ensure all our paperwork is accurate.

You’ll come from a background of international payroll and you’ll be comfortable working with people at all levels, you will also have experience working with global employee benefits schemes.

In this role, you will:

• Embody the Nozomi Networks Cultural Pillars and our mission to protect what matters mostwith transparency and trust.
• Process payroll for hourly, salaried, and temporary employees; including reviewing from multiple third party vendor systems, spreadsheets, entering tax and direct deposit information, administering regulatory requirements, e.g., garnishments, tax levies,  and other adjustments to pay as necessary.
• Stage and send direct deposit payment to independent contractors
• Perform checks on pre-payroll run reports for accuracy
• System onboarding and off-boarding of staff payroll and benefits including termination checks and requests
• Work with Finance for payroll changeover such as adjustments in pay for raises, bonuses and commission
• Update employee records in payroll/HRIS systems for processed bonus, commissions, options, and draw information
• Setup payroll entities in new international locations
• Work with third party vendors in establishing EOR, IC and employee payments
• Manage wiring and direct deposit payments for staff expense reimbursements
• Reconcile payroll and bank transaction reports
• Administer the time and attendance and paid leave reporting for all employees
• Administer employee benefit systems and paperwork including enrolments and terminations.
• Fulfil all governmental regulatory mandates and ensures filings are performed as required.
• Plan, conduct and report results of audits to ensure all enrolments are accurate and that dependent information is correct for each employee and works closely with third party vendors to ensure that all employee benefits are established. 
• Perform accounting for quarterly and year end audits

To be successful in this opportunity, you will have:

• 5-7 years’ experience in international payroll administration particularly in the United States and EMEA
• Financial systems and data management experience
• Experience managing relationships with third party payroll providers
• You can think on your feet. Priorities will be ever changing in this role, and you must be able to respond quickly
• Strong organizational and problem – solving skills
• An excellent team player
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to rapid growth
