The Opportunity

  • The Cloud solutions Architect will be involved in the entire lifecycle of an implementation, with a key emphasis on the standards and methodology and designs utilized, including but not limited to understanding key functional gaps, data models, interface, transformation, and technical specification design.
  • As a member of the information delivery team, they will be responsible for small to medium-sized projects and will oversee and/or perform all aspects of project design – technical architecture, development design/standards, and testing design/coverage.
  • This position will provide inputs into the process of enterprise strategy development.
  • Actively participates in strategic planning and development of architectural roadmaps, including presenting to business divisions and management.


What You'll Work On:

  • Leads the strategic planning and development of architectural roadmaps, including presenting to business divisions and management.
  • Facilitates business analysis and ensures solution architecture conforms to existing standards or that new reference standards have been developed.
  • Creates application architecture and facilitates development design.
  • Ensures architecture and design will meet the business’s functional requirements.
  • Creates software design specifications addressing business requirements by utilizing the appropriate specifications, methodologies, standards, and templates.
  • Participates in strategic planning and development of architectural roadmaps, including presenting to business divisions and management.
  • Understands underlying technologies adequately to discuss options with other technical team members and supervisors.
  • Coordinates the implementation of solutions with technical resources and members of the process and business teams.
  • Drives resolution of implementation and technical issues related to assigned projects.
  • Support all Company initiatives as identified by management and in support of Quality Management Systems (QMS),
  • Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other regulatory requirements.
  • Complies with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, other regulatory requirements, Company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments.
  • Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.
  • Performs other related duties and responsibilities, on occasion, as assigned.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE, YOU’LL BRING:


 Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree (± 16 years) in Computer Science, Business, Mathematics, or any other applied sciences.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years Business Data warehousing projects and knowledge of industry-leading best practices like Kimball methodology, Data Vault 2.0, etc
