About the role

Your mission

  • You will work directly with the founders and use your experience to shape strategic decisions   and make our company fit for the future.
  • You will shape and support key initiatives, develop business plans and ensure that our next steps are sound and sustainable.
  • You prepare our company optimally for meetings with investors - from analysing and optimising our structures to creating convincing pitch decks that clearly demonstrate the advantages of our solution.
  • You create presentation materials that convince both partners and investors and are able to present complex issues simply and concisely.

Your profile

  • You are an entrepreneur at heart with hands-on mentality
  • You love to make plans and you have an excellent practical judgement and prioritization skills  (80:20)
  • Able to demonstrate strong organizational skills and have the ability to prioritizefocus on what is really important, and think about "what’s next” on your own
  • The way you work is strongly analyticalyou can break down problems and convey complex messages in a top-down approach
  • Relevant work experience through internships or full time position in highly demanding and fast-paced environments (e.g., top tier consultinginvestment banking, fast-growing start-up, VC …)
