Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join our growing Data Science & Analytics team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of advanced data modeling, machine learning, and applied generative AI. You will own the design, development, and deployment of analytical solutions—from Snowflake-powered data models to traditional ML models and LLM-powered applications—that drive strategic decisions across our B2B SaaS business.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and product teams to transform complex datasets into actionable insights and innovative AI-driven tools. This role demands deep technical expertise, natural curiosity, and a collaborative mindset to lead projects from concept to production.

What You'll Do:

Advanced Data Modeling & Analytics

• Design, develop, and optimize complex Snowflake data models to support advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI-driven applications.

• Build scalable, efficient data pipelines to ensure high-quality data availability for analytics and modeling.

Machine Learning & AI Development

• Develop, train, and deploy traditional ML models (classification, regression, clustering, etc.) to address key business problems.

• Lead LLM-based solution development, including model selection (Claude, GPT, Mistral Large, Gemini, etc.), prompt engineering, and fine-tuning for enterprise-scale applications.

• Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and Agentic LLM architectures to enable interactive, context-aware AI experiences.

AI/ML Lifecycle Management

• Architect and manage end-to-end AI/ML pipelines—from data preparation and model training to deployment, monitoring, and
