Manager, Client Contracts Management
The Client Contracts Management team develops, manages, and executes Intapp’s transactional contracts in support of Intapp’s revenue generation activities. With a global clientele base, we work in a dynamic commercial environment collaborating with colleagues across different departments to drive organizational goals.
The Manager, Client Contracts Management will be responsible for managing business systems, process design, and execution of our internal contracting processes. With a focus on supporting of Intapp’s global Sales & Services organizations, this individual will lead a team of Contract Specialists tasked with driving sales productivity through order processing, execution and management.
Additionally, this role will be responsible for leading process improvements efforts and support our contracts lifecycle management initiatives and updates.
What you will do:
∙ Provide Pre-Sales internal support & guidance to Sales leaders on sales order processes
∙ Assist Sales in addressing ongoing customer satisfaction inquires related to contract, invoice and product issues
∙ Oversee end-to-end sales order processes, ensuring timely and accurate in compliance with revenue and company policy
∙ Develop, implement, and maintain sales order policies and standard operating procedures
∙ Respond to process & policy questions and effectively communicate requirements to internal stakeholders
∙ Lead and manage a global team supporting multiple regions, developing and mentor team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
∙ Align team objectives with overall business goals and sales strategies
∙ Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales order processes
∙ Prepare and present regular reports to management on deal trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement
∙ Partner with Finance, Legal, and Product teams to ensure deal compliance and optimal pricing strategies.
∙ Challenge legacy policies and procedures that complicate quote, order, invoice, credit, commissions, and revenue processing, and formulate creative solutions or work-around based on that analysis
What you will need:
The knowledge and skills necessary to perform the duties of this position are typically acquired through the following combination of education, experience and knowledge, or the equivalent:
∙ 5+ years customer order management or sales support experience in the technology industry
∙ 3+ years of experience managing a high performing team
∙ Ability maintain a cool head and positive attitude in stressful situations while working within a team environment
∙ Ability to understand broad business and financial issues and manage multiple projects and tasks
∙ High level of accuracy in reviewing and editing documents
∙ Strong level of expertise in Salesforce
∙ Experience troubleshooting technical issues and problem solve across multiple systems
∙ Experience with managing controls and SOX audits
∙ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
