Assets Lead

Job Title: Assets Lead
Location: Columbia, SC
Duration: Full time

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a lead developer to a small team to rapidly iterate on product and platform features to produce quality code.
• Role involves to be as an SME on Adobe Assets technology trends and platforms, and to collaborate with other team members.
• Participate in all development stages and software design development implementation using task development project planning, risk identification and mitigation planning to help and evolve the software development methodology.
• Ensure technical issues are quickly resolved, implement strategies and solutions to mitigate and build framework via hands on coding and work with architects.
• Provide an assessment of obstacles and technical hurdles to the success of the project.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Digital Media, or Information Technology.
• 8+ years of experience in digital asset management, with a focus on Adobe Experience Manager Assets.
• Good understanding of Adobe AEM and its asset management capabilities.
• Familiarity with metadata standards, taxonomy design, and digital asset management standard methodologies.
• Good understanding of Project management skills and the ability to lead multi-functional teams.
