Pay: $152,000 - $205,000

What You Will Do

• Lead and execute Essential Health (EH) pipeline aligned to the global segment strategies for superior consumer experience through packaging and engages the cross-functional team to follow through. 
• This role will be an integral member of the Baby Category Brand Development Team (BDT), tasked with influencing and shaping the Baby Packaging strategy and portfolio.
• Shape project brief, develops strategic direction and packaging formats together with EH BDTs delivering superior total product consumer experience with elevated aesthetics, quality and performance.
• Lead a diverse team of Packaging developers and engineers, develops goals and success criteria for the team.
• Partner closely with broader Global Packaging teams of Innovation, Sustainability & Experience; and Global Packaging Operations team in supplier selection, embedding technical rigour.
• Partner closely with Global Packaging Innovation, Sustainability & Experience team to fuel upstream innovation, and embedding packaging sustainability playbook / guidelines into development of packaging specifications that delivers Kenvue’s sustainability commitments.
• Partner closely with CBI, Design, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality and ESG leaders in delivering End-to-End execution excellence.
