Join our team as a Finance Excellence Partner and play a crucial role in shaping our Diagnostics commercial affiliate’s success story. The Finance Excellence Partner (FxP) is instrumental in transforming EMEA-LATAM finance into a more efficient, effective, and networked organization that maximizes impact on the business and customer journey. </span></p><p></p><p><span>As FxP you collaborate with Dia Commercial Finance colleagues across countries in a networked team, to streamline finance operations by simplifying, standardizing, and utilizing insights for better decision-making. You also collaborate closely with Finance Enterprise Partners, as well as other finance colleagues across the global Roche finance environment. You contribute to fostering a culture of innovation &amp; experimentation (explore digital finance, AI) and drive automation and digitalization across finance.</span></p><p></p><p><b><b>Key Responsibilities</b></b></p><ul><li><p><span>You drive the transition of affiliate focused finance operations towards an above country level in line with our Future of Finance (FoF) ambitions.</span></p></li><li><p><span>You are an active team member of the subregional Finance Excellence Chapter (FxC) by contributing and performing activities and projects on above affiliate level. </span></p></li><li><p><span>You ensure information flow, collaborating with local Finance Enterprise Partners (FEPs) and searching for common solutions in our Finance backbone operations, in order to increase customer satisfaction and optimize internal procedures.</span></p></li><li><p><span>You act as the local key Subject Matter Expert towards Roche Shared Services -center, providing guidance and monitoring processes from the local affiliate perspective</span></p></li><li><p><span>You provide proactive support in cleaning and aligning master data in collaboration with master data owners</span></p></li><li><p><span>You identify and analyze process inefficiencies and drive continuous improvements, through standardized processes.</span></p></li><li><p><span>You become an expert in dedicated FxP tasks, by supporting the rest of the FxC with consultancy, troubleshooting, defining best practices and providing continuous learnings and feedback.</span></p></li><li><p><span>You are part of an above affiliate back-up plan within the FxC in the subregion, in order to ensure business continuity. </span></p></li><li><p><span>You work across the FxC’s to ensure that technological advances are integrated in insights generation processes and leverage technology &amp; automation to drive digitalization.</span></p></li><li><p><span>You participate in squads and cross-chapter teams to address high-priority projects with end-to-end responsibility.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><b>Who you are</b></b></p><ul><li><p><span>You have 5+ years of working experience and a solid understanding of management and financial accounting as well as affiliate level finance.</span></p></li><li><p><span>You possess advanced controlling and reporting skills and expertly manage system landscape used by affiliates incl. BI tool know-how (e.g. Tableau).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Knowledge of SAP, EDI, SalesForce, Google Suite and Microsoft Office will be valued.</span></p></li><li><p><span>You are a systems thinker – understands interdependencies within and above the affiliate.
