Fully remote are roles that can be performed remotely, require employees to live in approved states and will have purpose-driven in-person interactions on occasion.

Job Summary

The data and analytics Enterprise Architect enables business and IT leaders to make investment decisions that balance and prioritize current operational demands, disruptions, and opportunities with the longer-term strategic vision of the organization. Furthermore, the Enterprise Architect provides technology guidance, road maps, principles, standards, and best practices. The Enterprise Architect plays a critical role in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of our systems. This role requires a deep understanding of data and analytics technologies and processes. The Enterprise Architect should be a strategic thinker, able to align IT initiatives with overall business goals, while also possessing the technical skills to deliver complex projects.

Job Responsibilities

The Enterprise Architect takes charge in collaborating with both business and technology teams to craft and steer corporate and business strategies for data, analytics, ML and AI that are pivotal for seamless end-to-end business operations. This role requires the ability to forge strong partnerships across a diverse range of teams, including business leaders, delivery teams, and external partners, to propel business success and maintain strict alignment with the overarching enterprise portfolio and technology strategy.

•    Partners and collaborates with all stakeholders to understand and translate goals and objectives into data & analytics architectures and models and appropriate metadata, test data, and data quality standards.  Reconcile different perspectives and drive toward consensus.
•    Creates and maintains reusable analytics artifacts and patterns, including conceptual, logical and physical data models, current and target-state data architectures.   Harvests artifacts across initiatives to extend the library of reusable artifacts and patterns or to enhance the existing reusable artifacts.
•    Develops data & analytics policies, standards, guidelines, procedures and metrics that measure architectural quality and business outcomes
•    Engages with implementation teams to encourage and promote use of existing models, methods, services
