The Contracting Operations team is on the frontline working with our most valuable asset – our beloved customers.  Our customers have invested their time, resources, and trust in us, and our Contracting Operations team gets hands-on with customers to be sure they are successful, happy, and feel as deeply a part of our product building journey as we know they are. As a Licensing & Contracting Operations Specialist, you will own the lifecycle of onboarding new customers and continued Carrier maintenance.

What you’ll do:

  • Work closely with the implementation team and Director of Contracting Operations to onboard new insurance distributor customers
  • Prepare customer and Carrier data for conversion to the AgentSync licensing and contracting platform
  • Review, analyze and map insurance Carrier paperwork and data to AgentSync licensing and contracting platform 
  • Test and troubleshoot appointment paperwork, requirements and workflows 
  • Maintain insurance Carrier rules and regulations to ensure agent appointments are completed fully and accurately
  • Compose and relay communication to clients to resolve any discrepancies and/or inquiries related to AgentSync contracting platform
  • Provide support and training to onboarded customers 
  • Troubleshoot and communicate user issues and work with IT team to resolve
  • Collaborate closely with insurance Carriers to acquire and maintain up-to-date licensing and appointment paperwork and requirements
  • Provide clear communication and transparency with Contracting Operations Director and clients on published carrier contract changes

Your experience:

  • 5+ years direct licensing and contracting experience within the life insurance and/or annuity industry at the BGA/FMO/IMO and/or Carrier level
  • Deep industry knowledge as it relates to agent appointments, licensing and contracting requirements and processes, independent marketing distributors and insurance Carriers, particularly related to life insurance and annuity industry
  • Demonstrate strong technological intuitiveness
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Robust analytical, problem-solving and reasoning skills
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with cross-functional teams and changing priorities
  • High-energy, team-first attitude: motivated to work flexibly and collaboratively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment to help our growing business

Salary: 

In accordance with Colorado law, the following represents AgentSync’s reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role, if hired in Colorado.

$70K - $95K

Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in AgentSync’s equity programs.
