About the role:
Samsara’s People Team is growing and we are looking to add a People Partner with strategic HR Business Partner experience to our high-performing, inclusive team! This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with strong partnering skills to deliver impactful solutions that accelerate company and employee growth. We are looking for a highly collaborative, execution-focused individual who will dig deep into how to support the business at scale (culture, leadership practices, organizational health, program execution, among others). This role will primarily provide People Partnership to leaders and managers within the Field Operations & Go To Market organizations. You will also have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with other People Partners and central people teams. The People Partner reports to the Sr Director, People Partners Go to Market.
This role is open to candidates residing in the US except the San Francisco Bay Area (125 mi. radius from 1 De Haro St, San Francisco) and NYC Metro Area (50 mi. radius from 131 W 55th St, New York).
The role is remote with limited travel requirements. Will require flexibility to work PST hours on occasion.

In this role, you will:
- Establish yourself as a trusted partner for your executive leaders and collaborate with cross functional partners on initiatives that create a positive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle
- Proactively assess organizational development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions
- Be curious in all forms of Samsara’s business processes, constantly looking for ways to learn, collaborate, and help improve business outcomes
- Deliver targeted solutions and recommendations with a focus on scale and growth, using an analytical and fact-based approach
- Partner with People Partners and Employee Relations on complex personnel and org matters in the US and for our international employees/teams
