You'll receive high-quality training and have clear development pathways into roles such as Cabin Manager, as well as other opportunities across our network.</p></span><p></p><h2 xmlns:ftl="http://www.taleo.net/ftl" xmlns:htm="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance"><span>Requirements of the Role</span></h2><span><span> </span></span><span id="requisitionDescriptionInterface.ID1541.row1" title=""><p><span><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></span></p><p>Experience in aviation is not required — we’re focused on your attitude, professionalism, and passion for delivering exceptional customer service.</p><p><span><strong>You’re a great fit if you:</strong></span></p><ul><li>Have at least 6 months’ experience in a customer-facing or people-focused role</li><li>Communicate clearly, confidently, and kindly.</li><li>Remain calm under pressure and make informed, safety-focused decisions.</li><li>Love working as part of a diverse, energetic team.</li><li>Take ownership, solve problems with empathy, and make customers feel valued going the extra mile to make their experience memorable.</li></ul><p><span><strong>The Essentials:</strong></span><strong> </strong></p><p>To meet regulatory and operational requirements, you’ll need to:</p><ul><li>Be 18+ years old.</li><li>Be between 5’2” (157.5 cm) and 6’3” (190 cm) tall without shoes.</li><li>Be fluent in written and spoken English as well as the language native to your base.</li><li>Hold a valid passport with unrestricted travel across the UK, EEA, and the easyJet network.</li><li>Live within 90 minutes of your chosen base.</li><li>Have no visible tattoos on the head, face, or neck (any tattoos must be inoffensive).</li><li>Be comfortable selling items from our CAFE.SHOP range including alcohol (this also contributes to your commission).</li><li>Swim 25 metres unaided, tread water, inflate a life jacket, and climb into a life raft.</li><li>Pass a EASA Cabin Crew medical and fit securely into a jump seat with a lap belt and shoulder harness</li></ul><p><span><strong>What You’ll Receive:</strong></span></p><ul><li>Local fixed term employment contract.</li><li>A competitive salary with strong commission potential.</li><li>Structured training to meet the highest standards in the industry.</li><li>Generous annual leave.</li><li>Staff travel perks across our network.</li><li>Wellbeing and support programmes.</li></ul><p><span><strong>Ready to
