• Guaranteed 60 hours per pay period (every 2 weeks)
• $20 per hour + PTO/Health Benefits/Sign-ON Bonus

Requirements

• HHA or CNA certification
• 3 years of experience working for an agency or facility
• Ability to speak, read, write and understand English
• Required to have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance and senior accessible vehicle to transport client
• Required Dementia/Alzheimer experience with all ADLS to including: bathing, toileting, transfers with a gait belt, bed bound care, ability to redirect, etc.
• Must be willing to work in all client’s homes to include those with dogs, cats, smokers, etc.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Level 2 Fingerprint Clearance
• CPR/First Aid Certification
• Alzheimer/ Dementia Certificate
• Assist with Self Administration of Meds Training
• Elder Abuse Certificate
• HIV and AIDS Certificate

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2+ years of working for an agency or a facility
• Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid (CPR)
• Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
• Respectful and compassionate
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong ethics
• Physical endurance
• High school diploma or equivalent
