Senior Manager Talent Delivery EMEA The Team Within the People Experience and Services team, our mission is to deliver a seamless and standardized associate experience across EMEA, ensuring alignment with the company’s broader goals of operational excellence and service quality. This position’s team plays a key role in streamlining HR processes, eliminating duplication, and driving consistency across core areas such as Data, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Associate Lifecycle, and Advisory services. The team works closely with HR Business Partners, the Community of Experts, and the People Strategy team, while also collaborating with global HR, Finance, and Communications to support regional scalability, automation, and associate satisfaction across EMEA. The Position As Senior Manager, Talent Delivery & Activation – EMEA, you will play a key role in the regional deployment of global Talent and Learning products and experiences, ensuring effective activation across all Hubs. You will be accountable for delivering high-quality, scalable talent processes while tailoring learning content to meet regional needs. You will also be responsible for ensuring consistent execution of cyclical talent moments, driving best practice sharing, and supporting our Hubs in building critical skills and capabilities. This role leads a regional team and collaborates closely with global and local partners to ensure our talent strategy is successfully activated across the EMEA region. You will drive process efficiency, scale impactful initiatives, and enhance the associate experience through development and performance enablement. Key Responsibilities: · Lead the execution of cyclical EMEA Talent Processes, including goal setting, check-ins, performance reviews, talent planning and development planning. · Ensure effective tailoring and activation of Learning: Customize global learning content for local relevance; ensure effective activation across all EMEA hubs. · Manage Regional Rollout: Lead consistent rollout of global talent and learning products, ensuring translation, coordination, and timely delivery in all regions as well as effectively communicating to associates across EMEA through various platforms (newsletters, PSP, EPMC, etc.). · Manage Talent Offerings in Workday, PVH PLAY, and other platforms, including (decisions on) build/source/deploy, manage enrollment, facilitate, collect feedback, improve, and keep up to date. · Support Hub Operations: Provide guidance and support to hub-level teams on talent topics including talent reviews, capability programs, and development moments. · Drive Best Practice Sharing: Facilitate the capture and scaling of best-in-class learning and talent practices across hubs and markets. · Streamline Local Plans: Review and refine existing market-level learning plans to align with regional goals and global direction. · Ensure Experience Consistency: Align activation efforts with the global experience vision, maintaining consistency across locations and populations. · Measure and Optimize: Collect feedback and performance data to optimize content, delivery, and impact of talent and learning activities. · Managing Talent vendors & budget (raise POs, monitor spend, vendor agreements and feedback) · Provide strong day-to-day leadership to the EMEA Talent Delivery and Activation team, fostering a high-performance, service-oriented culture. · Work with senior stakeholders to provide insights and performance metrics that enhance the content, delivery, and impact of talent and learning activities and drive continuous improvement.
