The role is responsible for leading on-site execution, coordinating suppliers, and ensuring the smooth flow of attendees while making timely operational decisions to maintain safety, efficiency, and service quality throughout the <strong>Load-In</strong>, <strong>Event Operations</strong>, and <strong>Load-Out</strong> phases.</p> <p>You will: </p> <h3><strong>A. Supplier Management & Structural Installation (Load-In / Load-Out)</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Oversee the installation and dismantling of temporary infrastructure, ensuring all structures are delivered in accordance with the approved site plans and operational requirements.</li> <li>Supervise the installation of branding, signage, and creative elements, ensuring compliance with approved brand guidelines and quality standards.</li> <li>Coordinate, together with the Production Assistants and Logistics teams, the arrival, parking, unloading, and movement of heavy equipment and technical deliveries.</li> <li>Monitor supplier performance and ensure activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with the production schedule.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>B.
