This pivotal role requires expertise in managing safety, cost, quality, and schedules to ensure project goals align with business objectives. Working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, the Senior Project Manager will drive successful project execution from planning through commissioning.</p><p></p><p>In addition to our diverse benefits, you can expect an attractive starting salary between €128.400,00 and €160.500,00 per year plus a variable component. The starting salary is based on your qualifications and professional experience.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><p>Manage all aspects of global capital projects, ensuring safety, cost, quality and schedule targets are met.</p></li><li><p>Define project goals, timelines and strategies in collaboration with stakeholders and business owners.</p></li><li><p>Oversee project lifecycle activities- including scope, risk, cost, scheduling and contract management.</p></li><li><p>Build and lead project teams, fostering collaboration across engineering, procurement and construction functions.</p></li><li><p>Act as the primary contact for stakeholders, ensuring alignment with company standards and compliance with legal requirements.</p></li><li><p>Develop and implement contracting strategies, addressing critical challenges with contingency planning.</p></li><li><p>Drive continuous improvement by enhancing global standards, leading safety investigations and supporting quality initiatives.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Required Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li><p>Degree in Chemical Engineering or related discipline with 15+ years of experience, including 10+ years in the chemical industry as a Senior Project Manager is required.</p></li><li><p>Proven track record of delivering projects exceeding €50 million in value is essential</p></li><li><p>Expertise in project management methodologies, engineering principles and construction best practices.</p></li><li><p>Experience managing EPC projects across diverse international environments.</p></li><li><p>Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills for multi-location team management.</p></li><li><p>Advanced proficiency in project management tools, scheduling software and global standards compliance.</p></li><li><p>Fluency in German and English, with readiness for extensive travel and international assignments.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Lead impactful, high-value projects in a global environment.
