Currently, we are seekingan Project Coordinator to become a part of the Facilities Department on the HIROTEC Team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Providing general administrative support to Facilities Manager (i.e. requesting quotes from vendors, coordinating facility maintenance and cleaning, etc.).
• Collecting and analyzing information and preparing presentations.
• Coordinate project activities, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and within budgetary guidelines.
• Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables while providing regular updates to the Facilities Manager.
• Maintain applicable supplies and inventory for facilities needs.
• Other duties and projects may be assigned to ensure operational objectives are accomplished.

The Candidate should possess advanced use of MS Office suite, strong interpersonal skills, high attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality. Project Coordinator experience is preferred. Excellent organization and time management skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and effectively meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
