Responsibilities:

• As category expert, you are responsible for selected product categories of our brands Vileda Professional and Vermop worldwide

• You manage the assigned product portfolio in close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders from idea generation to the launch phase and continuing throughout its life cycle

• You lead cross functional project teams to create and develop product pipelines for our categories and customer groups

• You will work in a close partnership with our local country organizations and global application managers to build growth in the markets

• You develop a customer group Marketing Communication based on relevant end-user and Customer Group insights

• Gaining in-depth knowledge of end user/distributor market dynamics to build clear customer centric strategies is also part of your tasks

Qualifications:

• You bring an University degree in business, economics, engineering or natural sciences as well as min. 4 years of professional experience in project/product management, marketing, R&D or technical sales; preferably in B2B environment.

• Very good project management skills and leadership of interdisciplinary teams, knowledge in product management and digital marketing are mandatory.

• Experience in managing the P&L of a product category

• Your fluent English paired with excellent intercultural awareness helps you communicate in our international teams. Additional language skills would be beneficial.

• You are able to work in an entrepreneurial, self-motivated manner and have a convincing, self-confident personality.

• A high degree of communication skills, good networking skills and a hands-on mentality round of your profile.
