Product Industrialization Project Manager (m/w/d) – OHC
Philips Oral Healthcare (OHC) is seeking a Product Industrialization Project Manager (PIPM) to join the Product Industrialization Engineering (PIE) team. The PIPM is responsible for the development and improvement of processes, tools, and equipment of the manufacturing systems, leading to predictable, reliable, stable and efficient production processes within PDLM. This role is the pitcher of new product industrialization projects towards the manufacturing sites.
Your role:
- Initiates and leads process development activities
- Initiates Capex optimization for initial investments
- Ensures adherence to the applicable process for product introductions, qualifications, and release
- Initiates Design for Lean Manufacturing in PDLM processes
- Accountable for Process Requirements based on Product Specifications from I&D and Manufacturing Requirements
- Applies lean manufacturing principles
- Accountable for design changes in Philips factories and at suppliers driven by PDLM governed projects
- Responsible for resources, planning, quality, and cost (including Capex) for industrialization projects

The minimum annual salary according to the Austrian Collective Agreement is € 79.204,- /gross with the willingness to overpay. The actual annual target salary is in line with the market and will be determined depending on your qualifications and experience.
You're the right fit if:
- BS/MS degree in Engineering field with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of R&D development processes and global Supply Chain operations processes
- Strong understanding of plastics and injection molding
- Demonstrated success in working complex issues with cross-functional team members to effective resolution
- Design for manufacturing, assembly, and testability
- Excellent understanding of manufacturing process, equipment, and production lines
- Operational Excellence including Lean Manufacturing and problem solving
- Project Management skills, PMP preferred
