Supply Chain has established a Global Planning COE focused on process and technology improvements. This role will work to digitally optimize customer service, working capital efficiency, business process development and business intelligence governance.
The Senior Manager of Control Tower will lead all phases of user-adoption, change management strategies, and value capture for SAP IBP Control Tower Implementation – including leading user roundtables, develop the use-case and user profile, provide training and deploy tool, ensuring user adoption and value delivery. This role will support process improvements in the current environment and provide project management support to the overall project leader.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and implement change management strategies, plans, and materials supporting the Control Tower integration and adoption to business process, including adoption risk assessment
- Lead business roundtables and outline business value use-case, detailed user profiles, understand current process and co-develop business process evolution
- Engage with cross-functionals leaders in Supply Chain, Operations, Transportation, GSM, etc. to implement process change resulting from the Control Tower roll-out
- Define, measure, evaluate, manage and track success metrics for change and business value capture, ensuring effective and sustainable change
- Drive, track, and evaluate user adoption, to ensure platform is engrained and driving value
- Lead role-based learning strategy, training, and implementation, gathering feedback to improve user experience and adoption
- Apply Change Management methodology and tools throughout the organization (stakeholder analysis, communication plan, feedback plan and rewards and recognition plan)
- Champion change communication and engagement activities tailored to impacted groups
- Conducing workshops, SAP IBP configuration, global alignment across regions for best practice, identifying reporting requirements in the future state and how that occurs out of control tower
Qualifications:
- 12+ years working with reporting and data analytics.
- Experience leading change management engagements or relevant transformation experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
- Working knowledge of end to end Supply Chain processes and principles
- Ability to translate business challenges into required change and process improvement identification
- Track record of creative problem solving, and the desire to create and build new processes
- Quantitative and qualitative data analysis experience with demonstrated impact to a business
- Strong communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence peers and upper management
- Creative problem identification, prioritization, and remediation skills
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills to manage a diverse set of project stakeholders Experience in influencing business culture and behaviors
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel
