Job Description Summary:
This role creates and deploys a strategic framework to develop internal and bottler capabilities across the NAOU System. It involves designing capability programs and collaborating across functions—including RGM, Sales, Franchise Leadership, Channel and Category Strategy, HR, Corporate Learning & Development, and Bottler Operations—to build a prioritized, comprehensive plan that addresses evolving customer and consumer needs while driving competitive advantage.
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:
Enhance and evolve the NAOU Value Creation framework, focusing on planning (e.g., Collaborative/Joint Business Planning), selling (e.g., Collaborating for Value), and capturing value (e.g., Effective Negotiation).
Identify and develop key Value Creation skills, including Financial Acumen, Effective Discovery, Strategic Presentations, Negotiations, and any others required to reach our 2035 ambitions.
Expand the capability for Customers and Franchise leads to think on a 3+ year horizon using the tools established through the Value Creation framework.
Develop and execute a comprehensive plan to enhance Execution capabilities (ESH, POS ordering, etc.) across the Franchise and US Bottling system to meet business objectives.
Establish a systematic approach to capture, document, and redeploy best practices, incorporating domestic and international insights for continuous improvement.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Related Work Experience:
The candidate will have strong end-to-end knowledge of our customers’ needs as well as our bottling operations and experience partnering with bottlers in building capabilities
Demonstrated ability to develop people and organizations
Senior management influence

$193,000 - $222,000Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:
50Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
Long-term Incentive Reference Value Percentage:
